Tuition and Policies

Most of our group language classes run around $18.00 per class hour.
The total cost depends upon the duration of each language course and is listed in the class details column on our schedule web page.

In certain cases, where the class is not offered, we may offer the class in a private setting. Please contact our office to request the rates for our private programs.

How to register:

Paypal: Click on the button next to the class to register and pay via credit card. 
You don't need a paypal account in order to pay by credit card. A 3% surcharge applies.

Pay by phone: Call our office at 206-729-5736 and pay with a credit card. 

Pay in person: Visit our school Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm and on Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm and make a payment in person. 

Mail-in: Fill out the Mail-in registration form. Attach a check for the amount of tuition. Make the check payable to Seattle Languages International and mail it to:

Refund / Rescheduling Policy:

All courses are subject to cancellation, schedule and location change, if enrollment is low or in case of an emergency. If a course or lesson is cancelled, the office will notify you and you will receive a full refund for the time cancelled. (Please note that check processing can take up to two weeks.)
If Seattle Languages International cancels a course the tuition will be refunded 100%.

In cases where the student would like to withdraw/reschedule from one of our scheduled classes a refund will be issued according to the table below.

If the student withdraws/reschedules:

Note: Days = Business days (Mon - Fri).
* A processing fee of $30 will be charged if the student withdraws/reschedules at any time.
**No refunds will be issued after the second session of the class.

Withdrawal or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing, either by letter or by email and must happen before 5 pm of any business day (Mon - Fri).
Cancellation of classes after 5 pm will be considered to have been cancelled the following day.
Cancellation of classes after 5 pm on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be considered to have been cancelled the following Monday.
