48 – 72 hours after the online form has been submitted to us, you will be contacted directly by one of our instructors. Our instructor will contact you most likely via phone. Some instructors may contact you also via email. Please check your voice messages and email often.
You will be able to communicate directly with our instructor and talk about the specifics of your private language program such as goals, schedule, meeting location, lesson frequency, homework etc.
Payment for the instruction is expected once you have set up a schedule with our instructor. The instruction can only start if payment has been received.

Tuition for private tutoring depends on 3 things:
1. Package size 2. Meeting location (location flexible vs. in-home tutoring) 3. Students enrolled.

FEES --- Meeting location flexible (within Seattle)
Some traveling is required in order to meet the instructor.

*FEES --- In-home tutoring (within Seattle): In-home instruction is more expensive.
Add $5.00/h to the tuition listed above.

Private tutoring policy:
Prices are subject to change. An additional travel fee of $0.50/mile for locations outside of Seattle applies.
Please also note that tuition paid for private tutoring lessons is not transferable to other programs and is not refundable.
Packages expire after 2 months (for 6h - packages), after 4 months (for 15h - packages) and after 6 months (for 30h - packages). The expiration time starts with the first class of the package.
